For the most efficient service, Rogue River Spectroscopy offers
the following steps:
1. Call us at 541-582-2399 or 541-261-9800 for a preliminary discussion
describing your problem and analysis needs. We can determine if
RRS is the appropriate lab for your request.
2. RRS will provide a cost estimate via email.
3. Upon receipt of the sample(s) and agreement on payment arrangements,
the sample will be examined and RRS will confirm our ability to
conduct all necessary study and analysis. Should RRS not be able
to do so, we will return the samples and make appropriate recommendations.
4. Upon completion of the analysis a written report will be send
to the contact person via email. Overnight results are available
for an additional 50% premium. (Written reports via CD
are also available.)
5. RRS will make the appropriate charges via credit card or PO.
Long-term projects will be billed monthly.
6. Samples are returned via FedEx or other carrier.
